UK Delivery Information
Contempo take great pride in delivering an exceptional customer service both in store and online. One of the keys to providing such a service is to offer a hassle free delivery that is easy and convenient.

Here is a summary of our delivery options available for UK delivery:
Standard Delivery is between 3 and 5 working days and is priced at £4.99 or free for orders over £60.00 or for small items such as greetings cards.
Next Day Delivery will be delivered the next working day if the order is placed before 11:30am and costs £8.99. Orders placed after 11:30am will still be shipped the same day but will not arrive until 2 days after.
General Information
Once you have placed your order with us we will send you a confirmation email. The email will contain an order number, the items purchased and the type of delivery selected. If upon reading the email you notice any discrepancies please contact us straight away quoting the order reference number.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to let you know it is on its way to you. At this stage we are unable to accept any changes.
Please note that dispatch and delivery times are estimates only. The majority of orders should be delivered within the stated time but during busy periods there may be a delay in getting your order to you. If for any reason there is a delay we will email you to let you know and keep you informed.
Delivery Discounts
We reserve the right to remove and/or change and delivery discounts such as free delivery at anytime without giving prior notice. Free delivery is only available for deliveries within the UK.
Personalised Gifts
Please note that due to their nature personalised gifts will take a bit longer to be made, packed and delivered.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed using standard delivery to UK addresses are sent either via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. You should expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
We aim, where possible, to have all deliveries dispatched the same working day or within 24 hours. However, during particularly busy periods please note we aim to have deliveries dispatched within 48 hours. You will receive an email once your delivery has been dispatched.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery means that your parcel will be shipped the same day. Orders placed before 11:30am will arrive with you the next day however orders after this time may take 2 days to arrive. Please note this excludes UK bank holidays.
General Courier Information
We work with a number of UK couriers.
Deliveries are usually made between 8am - 6pm however during busy times this can be extended up until 8pm. Courier delivery normally requires a signature for receipt of goods.
By providing us with an email address and/or telephone number you are allowing us to pass this information onto the courier to arrange a smooth delivery service. If you preferred this information not to be shared please let us know when placing your order.
Restricted Postcodes for Next Day Delivery
Due to courier restrictions from time to time we are unable to offer next day delivery to the following postcodes: AB, BT, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE.
