Orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3 days.

Next Day Delivery: Available from £2.50 extra – order by 3pm for next-day arrival.

Saturday Delivery: Available – order by 3pm Friday for weekend delivery.

Returns Policy

Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Here’s how:

1. Email us at customer.service@contempo.gifts to let us know you’d like to make a return.

2. Send the item back to us in its original condition.

Gift cards are a great way for someone to get the gift that they really want. If you are not sure what to get them then give them the gift of a Contempo gift card.

How it works

Gift Vouchers can be purchased online and are instantly delivered to you via email, the email you receive will detail how the recipient can redeem their gift online, however, they can also bring the email with them to our high street store in Stirling and redeem their voucher in person.

Gift Cards are credit card-sized plastic cards that can only be purchased in-store. Each gift card has a unique number which can be entered for redemption online, or they can be handed over to a member of staff to be used in-store.

When buying online the quickest way to get a gift certificate to you is via email. We have set up our system so that within seconds of your purchase you will have your gift voucher and it can be used straight away.
