I am unsure if you remember, but on your original order, you requested some specific colourings within the bag, and we took some time to send you images and discuss the options. So although you placed the order on the 23rd of January, it wasn't shipped until the 31st of January. Usually, we expect EU orders to take up to 17 days to reach you, so please accept my apologies that it took five days more than we would have expected. I can see from the tracking that the parcel was held at greek customs for an extended period. Regarding the 10 euros - We include EU taxes in all costs, so there should be nothing extra for you to pay. I am not sure why you have been charged the 10 euros as that amount wouldn't cover the taxes, but if you can send us the receipt, we would be more than happy to cover this cost for you. Contempo
